For more than a century, Women Ministries of the Evangelical Covenant Church has gathered women together to bear faithful witness to Christ in the world. From the earliest Mission Friends to today, women have joined hands across churches, conferences, and contexts, believing that we can do far more together than we ever could apart.
Women Ministries is a collective, a movement of women organized within and across conferences, Women Ministries, committed to connecting, equipping, and mobilizing women for Christ. We create spaces where relationships are formed, gifts are named and nurtured, and women are encouraged to live out God’s call in their own spheres of influence.
Through regional and national connection points, including the WM TableTalk Podcast, Women Ministries Cohorts, and the support of local and global mission projects, we continue this shared work, rooted in Covenant theology and shaped by a deep commitment to community, discipleship, and mission.
Women Ministries is not a program to consume, but a relational movement of women to belong to, woven together by faith, shared purpose, and a long legacy of faithful women saying yes to God’s work in the world.

Our Commitment
Women Ministries supports women at every level of service, from the pew to the pulpit, and that commitment shapes everything we do. We believe God continues to call women into faithful leadership and vocational ministry, and we are intentionally creating spaces where women can explore, discern, and pursue that call. Whether supporting women already stepping into ministry or helping others listen for where God may be leading next, we are committed to cultivating faithful discernment and courageous leadership with deep trust in God’s ongoing work through His daughters.

The Evangelical Covenant Church in North America is organized into 11 regional conferences. Within most of these conferences, local Women Ministries teams are actively serving—leading, supporting, and encouraging women and churches in ways that are shaped by their particular contexts and communities.
At the national level, we desire to reflect the whole Covenant. We are committed to having representation from every conference, so that Women Ministries remains relational, connected, and responsive rather than centralized or disconnected from local realities.
